Visit the location to pick up the money. While searching for a location look for a logo of KoronaPay Agent displayed on our website.
You will need a transaction number and a government issued ID. At the Agent location let the teller know that the sending system is KoronaPay as well as the country of origination of your transfer
The Transfer Number is the unique reference number assigned to your money transfer. Your recipient would need this number when picking up the money at an agent location. You could also use it to track your money transfer
Generally a money transfer is available for pick up within seconds after it was sent by the sender.
You can send the money at any agent location of KoronaPay in Russia and CIS.
You would need your recipient first and last name, telephone number, country and city. You would also need government issued ID and a telephone.
Generally you will be able to send any amount up to 600 000 RUR, 20 000 USD and 15 000 EUR respectively. However some countries set limits on how much money can be paid out. If you have questions about specific amount you are sending to a specific country, please call Customer Care at

If you’ve sent the money from a bank’s branch, you would have to go back to the same branch with your government issued ID to make changes to receiver’s details. If you’ve sent the money from a store of a retail chain (Evroset) you can go to any store of that retail chain with your government issued ID to make changes to receiver’s details. It is possible to make changes as long as the money hasn’t been picked up yet by the receiver.
