Service notifications
KoronaPay sevice respects the personal space of its users, therefore, it does not use advertising spam mailings or bot calls.
Information about promotions, rate reductions, and other changes is only sent to those who have given permission for it.
But there are truly important messages that we recommend all our clients to subscribe to. These are notifications about the status of a money transfer.
They are sent to the email address provided during registration, but only if you have given consent to receive such messages.
How to subscribe to transfer status notifications?
- Go to the “Menu” of the Korona app.
- Select the “Messages” option.
- Slide the toggle switch to the right for the “Notify about transfer status via email” line.
In addition to transfer status notifications, each user can subscribe to messages about promotions and special offers.
How to subscribe to promotional messages?
- Go to the “Menu” of the Korona app.
- Select the “Messages” option.
- Slide the toggle switch to the right for the “Promotional messages” line.
To ensure that promotional messages and other notifications meet your current needs, we recommend enabling the “Analytics” collection.
