How to contact support by email?

In the “Help” tab, tap the red “Support” button. Select “Email” in the drop-down list.
Your default email client will open, with the “To: ” field filled in automatically with our address.
The subject field is also filled in automatically, but you may amend it. Specify the reason for your email; this will allow us to identify the problem area faster (e.g. any operator may explain the charges, but only a technician can deal with the app’s internal errors) and to know in which language to communicate with you.
In the email body, you may write whatever you think is needed in any way that is convenient.
Please don’t delete the automatically included technical details about the app and your device. These are very important, especially when dealing with technical issues; having them, we won’t have to ask again and waste your time.
