Home address verification (up to 15,000 €)

If sending a new transfer you exceed the 7,500 € limit, the app suggests you confirm your home address to increase the limit.
To confirm your home address, open the app and take a photo of any one document from the list:
- a utility bill (electricity, gas, water supply), an insurance policy bill, or a landline phone bill (we don’t accept mobile phone bills)
- a bank or credit card statement (not a photo of the card itself)
- a letter from a public authority (for example, in relation to taxes paid or refunded).


Make sure that the following is clearly visible:
- your full name
- your home address (not your office address)
- the issue date (within the last 6 months)
- the issuing authority’s logo or name (a bank, a local authority, a tax authority, a utility provider).
The verification process usually takes up to 2 business days. If needed, we might request additional information from you.
If the verification is successful, we will notify you about this by email and with a push message. Once it happens, you will be able to send up to 15,000 € over a six-month period.
Important note: if after the home address verification you change the details in your user profile, you will have to undergo the verification procedure again.
