How to credit transfer to card?

To be able to credit your transfer to card, install the KoronaPay app and log in to it using the phone number provided by the sender while sending transfer.

When some money has been sent to you, there is an incoming transfer in history.

If a transfer-to-card option is available in your country, you’ll immediately be prompted to credit the money to your card. Otherwise, the app will display the list of agent locations for you to select the most convenient one.

In history, you can tap on the incoming transfer to see the details, such as when the money was sent and delivered.

To credit the transfer to your card, tap the red “Credit to card” button in history or in the transfer details.

On the screen, you’ll see the conversion rate applied and a suggestion to notify you once the money has been credited to the card.

The notification is a paid service. However, it may be useful if your bank doesn’t notify you about incoming funds, but you’d still like to know.

With some banks, crediting money to a card may take up to several days. You can clarify this with your bank’s support service.

If you don’t need this extra notification, disable this option.

Select your name and surname from the drop-down list.

At this stage it is important to select exactly the same name and surname that the sender provided for this transfer.

If the sender has made a mistake, you may ask them to correct it. The information will be updated immediately, and you’ll be able to try and receive the money again.

Important note: you have only two attempts to select the recipient’s correct name and surname. If both fail, you will only be able to pick up cash at an agent location.

Enter the number of the bank card that you’d like the money to be credited to.

By the first 6 digits the system identifies the payment system of your card.

We only work with cards of the VISA, Mastercard, Maestro and MIR payment systems.

There are some other types of cards that cannot be used for crediting a transfer. For example, you can’t credit a transfer to a prepaid card.

If the app wouldn’t credit the money to your card, you may enter the number of another card of yours, or pick up cash at an agent location.

If your card has been accepted, the app immediately sends the money on.

Now, the time of the actual crediting of funds will depend solely on your bank.

The bank’s app doesn’t provide any information about the sender. To see it, you need to go back to the KoronaPay app.
