How to refund transfer?
As long as your recipient hasn’t collected their money, you may cancel the transfer. To do this,
1. Find the transfer you’d like to cancel in history and tap “Refund.”
2. Enter the code sent to your phone number. This is needed to verify that the transfer is being refunded by the same person who sent it.
3. Confirm refund.
We will refund the money to the card or account used for the transfer. This may take up to 5 business days depending on your bank.
