How to pay from a bank account?
Paying from a bank account
Once you’ve checked and confirmed all the details entered, you’ll see the payment details. Copy those or send them to yourself by email or in a messenger of your choice.
Open your bank’s app or any other convenient payment app and pay for your transfer using the payment details provided.
When paying for your transfer, make sure that the account holder’s name is the same as the sender’s name you’ve provided when sending the transfer in the app. If the names don’t match, we won’t be able to process the transfer and will have to refund it.
If you are using a joint account, make sure that one of the holders’ names matches the sender’s name provided in the app.
Some banks may require you to provide the recipient’s address. Usually, this field is optional. If in your e-banking system it is not, enter our address: Georgiou A 89, 4048 Limassol, Cyprus.
Important note: please make sure that you’ve entered the transfer reference number in the “Transfer details” field. This helps us identify and process your transfer faster.
Please make sure that the amount you are sending to our account is the same as the intended transfer amount. If currency conversion applies, make sure you are sending us the amount to be paid and not the transfer amount. For example, the transfer amount is $100 and the amount to be paid is 85 €. In this case we are expecting you to send us a bank transfer for 85 €.
If you’ve forgotten to save the payment details, you can find them in your History at any time. Tap the transfer in the list to see the details including the payment details.
For your recipient to collect the money, share the transfer reference number with them. You can find it in History by tapping the respective transfer. You will be able to see the reference number as soon as the money you’ve sent from your e-banking account is credited to KoronaPay’s bank account. We’ll send you an email notification about this.
